Job Description – Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior Fit-Out)

About the Role

Studiokon Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of commercial and corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and delivering projects within timelines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil and interior fit-out works.

Monitor project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material utilization efficiently.

Track project progress and report site updates, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.

Verify measurements, work completion, and contractor billing quantities.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues promptly.

Conduct site inspections and ensure snag-free project handover.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil construction and corporate/commercial interior fit-out works.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Experience in managing multiple contractors and site teams.

Understanding of finishes, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and furniture installation.

Familiarity with project scheduling, material planning, and quality control processes.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in execution of corporate offices, commercial spaces, IT parks, coworking spaces, and workplace interiors.

Exposure to high-end interior fit-out projects from site mobilization to project handover.

Working knowledge of MEP coordination and site safety practices.
