About the Role
Studiokon Ventures is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate office and commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities, client-facing skills, vendor management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple commercial and corporate interior fit-out projects from project award to handover.
Develop project execution plans, resource allocation strategies, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
Drive site execution activities including civil, interior, MEP, finishing, and commissioning works.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
Manage procurement planning, subcontractor performance, and material deliveries.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and company SOPs.
Lead project closeout activities, snag resolution, documentation, and final handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within commercial interior fit-out projects.
Mandatory experience in executing corporate office and commercial workspace projects.
Proven experience managing projects ranging from 20,000 sq. ft. to 2,00,000+ sq. ft.
Strong understanding of interior construction methodologies, MEP coordination, procurement, and contract management.
Experience in stakeholder management, client handling, and team leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget control and cost management.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
