Experience Range - 3 to 20+ Years in Commercial Interior Fit-outs, Corporate Offices, Workplace Projects, and Turnkey Design & Build Execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end MEP execution for multiple interior fit-out projects.

Develop project execution strategy, resource planning, and work schedules.

Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.

Drive site teams for fast-track execution and milestone achievement.

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated services layouts.

2. MEP Coordination

Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, IBMS, and allied services.

Ensure clash-free coordination with architectural and structural requirements.

Conduct coordination meetings with consultants, clients, PMCs, and vendors.

Resolve technical issues and site constraints proactively.

3. Team Management

Lead project managers, engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, and T&C teams.

Assign responsibilities and monitor team productivity.

Develop KPI-based performance monitoring system.

Mentor and train execution teams on quality and safety standards.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as primary escalation point for MEP-related matters.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and PMCs.

Attend weekly/monthly review meetings.

Present progress reports, risk assessments, and recovery plans.

5. Commercial & Cost Control

Monitor project budgets, procurement status, and cost utilization.

Control wastage, over-ordering, and material losses.

Review BOQ, variation orders, and subcontractor bills.

Support commercial team in claims and change management.

6. Procurement & Vendor Management

Approve technical submittals and material specifications.

Evaluate subcontractors and vendors.

Ensure timely procurement of long-lead MEP items.

Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.

7. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, NBC, IS standards, and project specifications.

Implement QA/QC procedures and inspection protocols.

Monitor testing & commissioning activities.

Ensure proper documentation including checklists, reports, and handover dossiers.

8. Safety Management

Ensure implementation of EHS standards across all projects.

Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks.

Ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

PMP certification preferred.

Additional certification in HVAC, Fire Fighting, or Project Management is an advantage.

Experience Required

12–18+ years in MEP execution.

Minimum 5 years in leadership role for interior fit-out projects.

Experience in commercial office fit-outs, corporate interiors, and design-build projects.

Strong exposure to fast-track projects in India/GCC markets preferred.
