Senior Project Manager / Project Manager / APM – Civil & Interior (C&I) Projects

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and execution-focused professionals for our Projects Team across the following levels:

Senior Project Manager

Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager (APM)

Senior Supervisor / Site Engineer – Civil & Interior

The ideal candidates should have strong experience in commercial interior fit-out and workplace projects, with the ability to manage site execution, stakeholder coordination, project timelines, quality standards, and fast-track deliveries.

Candidates from Design & Build, Corporate Office Interiors, and Turnkey Commercial Projects backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior and workplace fit-out projects.

Supervise day-to-day site activities for Civil & Interior works.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and site productivity to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate finishing activities and maintain high-quality execution standards.

Resolve on-site technical and execution challenges proactively.

Planning & Coordination

Prepare project schedules, execution roadmaps, and manpower planning.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, MEP, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Ensure alignment between drawings, site conditions, BOQs, and execution methodology.

Conduct regular progress review meetings and share execution updates with stakeholders.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Support vendor finalization, billing verification, and material reconciliation activities.

Ensure timely availability of materials and site resources.

Quality, Billing & Documentation

Ensure proper site measurements, quantity verification, and billing coordination.

Conduct regular inspections and quality audits at project sites.

Monitor snag rectification and support final project handover activities.

Maintain project reports, progress trackers, and execution documentation.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety norms, company SOPs, and statutory compliance.

Maintain site discipline and safe working practices across all project activities.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures wherever applicable.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience Criteria

Senior Project Manager

10+ years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs / Design & Build Projects.

Project Manager

7–10 years of relevant experience in workplace and commercial interior projects.

Assistant Project Manager (APM)

4–7 years of experience in Civil & Interior project execution.

Senior Supervisor / Site Engineer

2–5 years of experience in site execution and supervision of commercial interior projects.

Preferred Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Interior-related disciplines, or a relevant field.

Candidates with prior experience in Commercial Interiors, Corporate Fit-outs, Workplace Projects, Design & Build, and Turnkey Execution will be preferred.
