About the Role
Studiokon Ventures is looking for an experienced MEP Billing Engineer / Manager to manage project billing, quantity verification, cost tracking, client and vendor bill certification, and commercial coordination for large-scale corporate office and commercial fit-out projects across Delhi NCR.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in MEP billing and commercial management within corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, workplace projects, or design-and-build environments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and process client RA bills and final bills for MEP works.
Review and certify subcontractor/vendor bills and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Measure quantities from drawings, BOQs, and site execution records.
Track project budgets, variations, change orders, and cost implications.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance teams for billing and payment processes.
Prepare cost comparisons, quantity reconciliations, and billing reports.
Monitor project cash flow and billing milestones.
Maintain records of work completion, certifications, and supporting documentation.
Evaluate additional works, deviations, and variation claims.
Ensure timely submission and approval of bills to support project profitability.
Assist in project closing activities, final account settlement, and vendor reconciliation.
Support commercial and contractual documentation related to MEP packages.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
5–12 years of relevant experience in MEP billing and quantity verification.
Experience in commercial office fit-outs, corporate interiors, workplace projects, or design-and-build projects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Plumbing systems.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and billing procedures.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and project specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing documentation.
Strong commercial acumen and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with interior contracting, fit-out companies, or corporate workplace projects.
Exposure to high-value corporate office projects in Delhi NCR.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of contract administration and variation management.
