Studiokon Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join our team in Gurgaon.

As a key member of the HR function, you will work closely with the HR Head and play a pivotal role in driving Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, reporting, analytics, and employee lifecycle management while supporting the organization's growth journey.

📍 Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

💰 CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA

📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ End-to-end Talent Acquisition across corporate, technical, and business functions

✔️ Talent sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels

✔️ Candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding

✔️ HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, and policy implementation

✔️ Attendance, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives

✔️ Payroll coordination and support in statutory compliance processes

✔️ Preparation of HR dashboards, MIS reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations

✔️ Support the HR Head in strategic HR initiatives, reviews, audits, and organizational projects

✔️ Drive process improvements and data-driven decision-making across HR functions

Desired Profile:

🔹 8–12 years of HR Generalist experience

🔹 Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

🔹 Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance

🔹 Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRMIS, and HR reporting tools

🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment

Educational Qualification:

🎓 MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution
