FP&A Manager

Finance & Legal → FP&A and Business FinanceGurugramSenior

Most finance professionals report the numbers. A rare few shape the decisions behind them.

You have spent your career building models that matter, asking the questions others don't, and translating complex financial realities into strategies that leadership actually acts on.

We are not looking for someone to manage spreadsheets.

We are looking for a financial architect — someone whose analysis becomes the foundation on which our next chapter of growth is built.

If that sounds like you, read on.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

FINANCIAL PLANNING & FORECASTING

Own and drive the annual budgeting process and rolling quarterly/monthly forecasts across all business units — making sure the numbers are not just accurate, but insightful.

Build and maintain robust, board-ready financial models supporting revenue, cost, and profitability projections.

Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple business units to deliver clean, credible reporting.

Monitor actuals vs. budget/forecast, prepare variance analysis, and communicate findings to leadership with clarity and confidence.

BUSINESS PARTNERING

Be the trusted financial advisor that department heads and senior leaders actually want in the room — someone who brings answers, not just data.

Provide data-driven insights and financial guidance that shapes operational and strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and HR — breaking silos, not reinforcing them.

Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders — because great analysis only matters if it lands.

REPORTING & ANALYTICS

Develop and maintain management reporting packages: monthly P&L, KPI dashboards, and executive-level presentations that tell a story, not just show a table.

Design and enhance financial reports and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) — building visibility that drives action.

Perform high-stakes ad hoc analysis supporting M&A evaluation, pricing strategy, headcount planning, and capex decisions.

Support investor relations activities including board presentations and investor decks — where precision and persuasion go hand in hand.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Identify and lead initiatives to improve planning processes, reporting automation, and financial systems — because you believe the best process is one that frees people to think, not just execute.

Document and maintain FP&A processes, models, and assumptions for consistency, scalability, and institutional resilience.

Partner with the accounting team to ensure tight alignment between management and GAAP reporting.

REQUIRED

7–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling — 3-statement models, scenario analysis, DCF

Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Strong communication skills — able to present financial concepts to non-finance audiences

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

PREFERRED

MBA or CA

Experience with ERP systems (SAP)

Hands-on experience with BI and data viz tools — Tableau, Power BI, Looker

Prior exposure to a high-growth or mid-size company environment

WHY THIS ROLE

◆ Influence, Not Just Analysis — Your work will directly shape budgets, headcount decisions, and strategic investments. This is not a back-office function — it is a front-seat one.

◆ Visibility at the Top — You will work closely with and present regularly to C-suite and board-level stakeholders. Your name will be on work that matters.

◆ A Company at an Inflection Point — We are a mid-size business moving fast. Every model you build, every forecast you own, will have real and immediate consequences on where we go next.

◆ Room to Build — We do not want someone to maintain what exists. We want someone to improve it — to automate, streamline, and elevate the entire FP&A function.

◆ Growth That Keeps Up With You —Strong performance here creates a clear path upward. We promote people who show they can lead, not just analyse.
