Position Overview
We are hiring an MEP Billing Engineer / Billing Support professional who will be responsible for handling billing activities, quantity verification, BOQ analysis, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP billing processes along with good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD quantification.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and verification of MEP billing documents
• Handling client billing and vendor billing activities
• Quantity verification and measurement sheet preparation
• BOQ preparation and rate analysis
• Coordination with site teams and project stakeholders for billing inputs
• Reviewing project quantities as per drawings and site execution
• Maintaining billing records and supporting project documentation
• Performing quantification using 2D AutoCAD drawings
• Ensuring timely submission of bills and related reports
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of MEP billing activities
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
• Experience in quantity verification and measurement sheets
• Good command of MS Excel
• Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD quantification
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing calculations
• Ability to work with project and site teams effectively
Qualifications & Experience
• Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP billing/support activities
• Preferred candidates with practical exposure to client and vendor billing processes
