About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Supervisor – Civil & Interior to oversee execution activities for commercial workplace and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, monitoring timelines, and maintaining safety standards at project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil and interior works, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple agencies to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for Civil & Interior works.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Monitor quality standards and ensure high-quality finishing at site.

Track material requirements and coordinate for timely availability at site.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site discipline.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress updates.

Handle site measurements, work verification, and billing coordination.

Resolve on-site execution issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Support project handover activities and snag closure.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Civil & Interior execution.

Understanding of commercial office fit-out projects.

Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.

Good coordination and team handling skills.

Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.

Knowledge of site safety and quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project reporting.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
